hi, this post will be a yawn to some of you, but this is my hit at recycling . i have obtained some slim fast tins from friends ,and have covered them with paper, they are brilliant for storing tools. glues and pencils etc .when opening the tins there is a pull ring lid on them so they leave a clean no sharp rim they are very roomy and easy to access, see told it would be a yawn lol, how about sharing your tips and ideas with us

HI, THE SNOW HAS MELTED AWAY WHICH IS QUITE SAD ,WE HAVE A LITTLE ADVERSE WEATHER IN THIS COUNTRY AND IT MAKES US A DIFFERENT NATION FOR A FEW DAYS ,IE,IT SLOW THE PACE OF LIFE DOWN AND SOMETIMES BRINGS IT TO A HALT,THEN STRANGERS TALK TO YOU EVEN IF IT IS ONLY TO SAY "MY ITS REALLY COLD TODAY" GOODWILL COMES TO THE FORE, WITH NEIGHBOURS LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR ELDERLY NEIGHBOURS, MAKING SURE THEY HAVE HEATING, HOT DRINKS AND BASIC FOOD IN THE CUPBOARD .TODAY IS A BEAUTIFUL SPRING LIKE DAY AND FOLK ARE JUST GOING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS RUSHING AROUND AND NO TIME TO SPARE. OH FOR SOME MORE ADVERSE WEATHER LOL. HERE ARE THREE CARDS I HAVE MADE, THE COLOURS ARE NOT VERY GOOD IN THESE PHOTOS BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THEM IN THE SLIDE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF BLOG THEY ARE BETTER QUALITY . HI, had a lovely day went to lunch with a friend ,had a good natter,and lots of food. Made two cards first one is stamped with lavina flower stamp then i used tim holtz distressed stickles on the flowers, then i have used dragonfly stamp from paperartsy on shink plastic and used distressed stickles on the dragonfly. the next card the background is stamped with a paperartsy swirl, pity the quality of the photos are not very good, i am working on that, but the second card is a beautiful aqua colour hope you like them

2009 now i am going to master this blogging here we go .

after a lovely Xmas and new year i am now getting to grips with the start of the year and the awful weather that we have been having .I had some great pressies for Xmas IE paper artsy stamps, a new woodware cutter, some glimmer mists and wait for it Tim holtz new stickles boy aren't they great .so now i have plenty to be getting on with hoping to show some cards i have made soon
